We welcome you to our beautiful, restored Georgian house which dates from 1720 and is conveniently located in the heart of Bristol. Expertly styled for you to relax in comfort, gorgeously furnished for you to enjoy a luxurious home away from home. Ideal for single occupants, a romantic bolthole for two or for professionals in need of a space to work from. 3 Berkeley Square offers spacious, beautiful rooms and a clean, well equipped kitchen where you can wake up to the smell of delicious baked bread each morning. With a resident hypoallergenic dog in the house, we also welcome well behaved dogs and there are plenty of wonderful walks in the adjoining park square or on Brandon Hill. We are highly rated for offering our guests the height of comfort and cleanliness.

The house is nestled between Berkeley Square and the much loved beauty spot Brandon Hill - 2 lovely parks for you to enjoy.

We supply fresh, clean linen, bath towels and hand towels. You will also find a hair dryer and shower gel and shampoo are provided in each room.
Parking

Pay and Display right outside the building. Nearest public car park is 0.2 miles away BS8 1JX - Westend car park. It’s a big car park with 750 spaces, unlimited parking time.

There is a fully equipped, clean and spacious kitchen for your use or there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a 5 min walking radius – just ask for any recommendations.

Shopping
Park Street is filled with independent clothing stores, charity shops, a 2 minute walk and there is Clifton village 15 minute away which has boutique shops and cafes. Cabot Circus is 20 minute walk away.
Cultural Sites
In a few minutes walk you have Bristols natural history musuem, royal west of England art gallery ,St. George, the world famous concert hall is situated around the corner and the Colston Hall a 10 min walk down the the hill.
Markets
St. Nicholas Market, covered market where you can stop for a bite and most weekends there are stalls along the waterfront too.
Walks and open spaces
Brandon hill is situated to the rear of the building you can walk through the park down to the harbourside where you can see the famous SS. Great Britian.
Theratre

There is the famous old Vic and the Hippdrome situated in the centre and only 10/15 minute walk down the hill.
Cafes, bars and resturants
Bristol has too many to list. In walking distance you have Pinkmans, Boston tea party, Friska, Swoon all situated on park street.
